One-Arm Reverse Fly: Sweep
In toe-lunge stance,
same arm as front foot forward across body holding
tubing near floor. Sweep arm
up and out to side diagonally,
rotating entire body up.
Repeat with same arm,
feet switched.
Repeat sequence
with other arm.
Do ____ repetitions,
____ sets.
Anchor low, in front
of stable arm.
